Momentum,made meaningful.

The Market Entry Revenue Engine: four steps from the first market question to qualified pipeline, delivered by senior people on the ground and without a local entity.

How we work

From market question toqualified pipeline.

One team covers both markets. Fabian leads DACH from the sales side, Faye leads the UK from the demand side. Both work on every client, so positioning, outreach and events are built once and run in two markets.

01 — Define

Weeks 1–4

Market intelligence & GTM strategy

We tell you who in DACH and the UK will buy, why, and what will stop them. You leave this phase with a plan you own — whether or not you continue with us.

  • ICP & target account list
  • Buying-committee map
  • Compliance positioning (NIS2, CRA, AI Act)

02 — Build

From week 4

Demand & outbound engine

We build the engine that produces conversations — signal-based prospecting, outreach in German and English from senior people with names and track records.

  • Signal-based outbound
  • Executive webinars & roundtables
  • Sales playbooks & messaging

03 — Qualify

Ongoing

Native discovery & hand-off

We run discovery with the prospect in their language and hand your team a qualified opportunity rather than a calendar slot — documented against criteria agreed up front.

  • Discovery calls in DE/EN
  • BANT or MEDDPICC qualification
  • Monthly pipeline reporting

04 — Scale

Month 6+

Channel, deal support & transfer

Once the market works, we help you make it permanent — partner networks, support in key late-stage meetings, and your first local hire. Our job is to make ourselves replaceable.

  • Channel & VAR network
  • Deal support (no negotiation)
  • Build-operate-transfer

The four-week start. Traditional expansion takes six to nine months to incorporate, hire and onboard. We have localized messaging, a target account list and the first executive outreach running within 30 days of kick-off.

Commercial model

One retainer. No entity.Cancel when you know.

The cost of testing two European markets with us is roughly the cost of one SDR at home. Compare that with a GmbH, a country manager and a year of waiting.

Step 01

Live in market in four weeks

No incorporation, no local payroll, no executive search. Two senior people with networks in Germany and the UK from day one, so you talk to real European buyers before you spend a cent on a regional office.

Step 02

One predictable monthly fee

The retainer covers senior people, tooling, localized positioning and outreach. No recruitment fees, no agency mark-ups, no surprise invoices. You know your European cost on the first of every month.

Step 03

Paid on pipeline, not activity

A success fee applies only to opportunities that meet criteria agreed in writing before we start: company size, role, confirmed problem, timeframe. We report what entered your CRM, not how many emails we sent.

Step 04

Short notice, no lock-in

The engagement rolls monthly after an initial pilot. Scale up, narrow the scope or stop. The market analysis, the account list and the playbook are yours to keep either way.

Engagements typically start at a monthly retainer in the mid four figures per market, plus a success fee per qualified opportunity. You get a firm number after the readiness call.

We don't sign your contracts. Your team closes.

Fit

A good fit —and an honest no.

We work well with

Series A–C vendors in cybersecurity, OT and IoT security, AI and B2B SaaS
Headquartered in the US, UK, Israel, the Gulf or anywhere outside Central Europe
Selling to enterprise and upper mid-market buyers with six- to twelve-month cycles
Founders and CROs who want a market signal within two quarters, not a headcount plan

We're not the right partner if

You want a cheap way to book many meetings. Our hand-offs are few and qualified.
You expect closed deals without an AE on your side. We build pipeline; your team closes.
Your product needs a local legal entity to be sold at all, e.g. regulated financial services.
You're not yet sure what you sell or to whom. Fix that first — we help with positioning, not product.

Questions

Good questions.Honest answers.

What scale-ups usually want to know before they expand into DACH, the UK or the Nordics.

No. That is the point of our model: zero entity overhead. We act as your embedded, senior GTM team on the ground, so you can engage European enterprise buyers before committing capital to an entity, local payroll or executive recruiting.
